CREATING IBC'S Many "Tax Haven" jurisdictions allow incentives for new companies investing monies into their economics. In some cases Government will lease land very inexpensively and would allow most of the equipment to be brought in duty free. Government would assist with the work permits for foreign workers, but this is usually done on the conditions that locals are trained in the industry.
